How it looks
The Fiery Reed Orchid (Epidendrum) is an orchid whose slender stem bears narrow, long alternate leaves, with small red, orange, and yellow star-shaped flowers gathered into a rounded ball at the stem tip. It stands 20 in–5 ft (50 cm–1.5 m) tall.
