flower cat is a plant safety information service for people who live with cats. It helps users quickly check whether a plant is toxic to cats.

flower cat is operated through voluntary donations. Donations are used for server costs, data maintenance, and service improvements.

Donations are processed through external services (KakaoPay, PayPal). All transactions occur directly between the user and the respective external service, and the terms and policies of each service apply.

Information provided by flower cat is for reference only and does not replace veterinary diagnosis or prescription. If your pet shows any abnormal symptoms, please contact a veterinarian immediately.

The operator makes every effort to ensure accuracy, but liability for damages arising from data errors is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Since donations are processed directly through external services (KakaoPay, PayPal), refunds and cancellations are subject to each service's own policy. The operator cannot directly refund payments made through external services.

If you need a refund due to an erroneous transfer, please first contact the customer support of the relevant service. If further assistance is needed, please reach out using the contact below.

The operator may change or discontinue the service at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be provided through in-app announcements or email.

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute, the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
